Tianshan Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. announced that its actual controller, Zeng Chaolin, has released a pledge on 57,000,000 shares. This represents 18.87% of his total holdings and 1.23% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, held by China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd., commenced on September 20, 2023, and concluded on September 18, 2025.

Following this release, Zeng Chaolin's cumulative pledged shares now stand at 11,420,000 shares, accounting for 37.81% of his current holdings. Other significant shareholders also maintain pledged shares.
