Shandong Hi-Speed Road & Bridge appoints An Yaofeng as new board secretary

Shandong Hi-Speed Road & Bridge has appointed An Yaofeng as the new board secretary, effective September 19, 2025, following the seventeenth meeting of the tenth board of directors. An’s tenure will align with the current board's term. He has obtained the requisite training certificate from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, confirming his qualifications for the role.

This appointment follows the resignation of Zhao Mingxue from his positions as director, board secretary, and deputy general manager due to work adjustments. Zhao will continue with the company in other management roles. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions to corporate governance, investor relations, and capital operations.

An Yaofeng, born in February 1976, holds a bachelor's degree and an engineering master's degree. He previously served as a company supervisor, manager of the operations development department, assistant general manager, and general manager of Shandong Hi-Speed Engineering Construction Group Co., Ltd. He is currently the company's chief economist. An has no related-party relationships with major shareholders, actual controllers, or other directors, supervisors, and senior management of the company, and holds no shares in the company.
