Ringpu Bio-Technology secures approvals for five new veterinary products

Ringpu Bio-Technology announced it has obtained new veterinary drug registration certificates for two diagnostic reagent products and received approval for production strain changes for two vaccine products. The approved diagnostic reagents include “Recombinant Feline Interferon ω (Lyophilized)” and “Avian Influenza Virus H7 Subtype (rLN79 Strain) Hemagglutination Inhibition Assay Antigen, Positive Serum, and Negative Serum.” The “Recombinant Feline Interferon ω (Lyophilized)” is a Class II new veterinary drug, filling a domestic product gap and enhancing the company’s companion animal sector presence.

The company's subsidiary, Guangzhou South China Agricultural University Biological Products Co., Ltd., developed these products. The diagnostic reagents for Avian Influenza Virus H7 and H5 subtypes are crucial for evaluating vaccine immune effects, monitoring outbreaks, and supporting import/export quarantine. The production strain changes include “Recombinant Avian Influenza Virus (H5 Subtype) Bivalent Inactivated Vaccine” and “Recombinant Avian Influenza Virus (H5+H7) Quadrivalent Inactivated Vaccine.”

These newly approved products are designed to effectively address H5 and H7 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza, providing essential technical support for the healthy development of China’s poultry industry. The successful development strengthens Ringpu Bio-Technology’s leading position in avian influenza prevention and control, boosting its market competitiveness.
