Jiangsu Yoke Technology to issue interim cash dividend

Jiangsu Yoke Technology Co., Ltd. will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 3.20 per 10 shares (including tax) to its shareholders. This interim equity distribution, approved at the extraordinary general meeting on September 12, 2025, will total CNY 152,296,856.96 based on the company's current total share capital of 475,927,678 shares.

The equity distribution will be implemented without a capital reserve to share capital transfer. The record date for this distribution is September 24, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for September 25, 2025.

For most shareholders, including those holding through Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect and foreign institutional investors, the after-tax dividend will be CNY 2.88 per 10 shares. Individual investors with shares held for less than one month will pay an additional tax of CNY 0.64 per 10 shares, while those holding for one month to one year will pay CNY 0.32 per 10 shares. Investors holding shares for over one year will not incur additional taxes.
