Hisense Home Appliances shareholders approve executive director appointment

Hisense Home Appliances Group held its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on September 18, 2025. The meeting, which combined on-site and online voting, saw 472 shareholders (or proxies) attend, representing 598,585,662 shares, or 43.22% of the company's total shares.

The primary resolution, "Review and approve the proposal on the election of Ms. Fang Xueyu as an executive director of the twelfth board of directors and the determination of her remuneration standard," was passed with overwhelming support. A total of 596,225,371 shares (99.61% of voting shares) voted in favor, with 2,177,219 shares (0.36%) against and 183,072 shares (0.03%) abstaining.

The meeting procedures and results were confirmed to be in compliance with relevant laws and company articles by Beijing Deheheng Law Firm. The successful approval of this resolution signifies a key governance decision for Hisense Home Appliances.
