Guangdong Yuehai Feeds announces semi-annual dividend and investor day

Guangdong Yuehai Feeds has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, approved at an extraordinary general meeting on September 15, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.13 per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders. Based on a total share capital of 700,000,000 shares, shares held in the company’s buyback account, totaling 3,120,268 shares, will not participate in the distribution. The actual cash dividend will be based on 696,879,732 shares, totaling CNY 78,747,409.71. The equity registration date is September 23, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for September 24, 2025.

The ex-dividend and ex-interest price will be calculated using CNY 0.1124962 per share (including tax), derived from the total cash dividend divided by the total share capital. The ex-dividend price will be the closing price of the day before the ex-dividend date minus CNY 0.1124962 per share. The company will also adjust the minimum reduction price for certain shareholders due to this distribution.
