Focus Technology announces RMB 190m semi-annual cash dividend

Focus Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002315) announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, approved by the Sixth Board of Directors' Eighteenth Meeting and the Sixth Board of Supervisors' Fourteenth Meeting. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 6.000000 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares to all shareholders registered as of June 30, 2025, based on a total share capital of 317,235,869 shares. This distribution totals RMB 190,341,521.40.

The equity distribution plan was authorized by shareholders at the 2024 annual general meeting on March 19, 2025. The ex-dividend date and record date for this distribution are September 26, 2025, and September 25, 2025, respectively. Focus Technology will adjust the total distribution amount proportionally if its total share capital changes between the announcement date and the equity registration date due to share repurchases or other equity-related events.
