Best Precision to distribute semi-annual cash dividend

Wuxi Best Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (Best Precision) announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan, approved by the 2024 annual general meeting and the Fourth Board of Directors' sixteenth meeting. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.30 (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders, based on a total share capital of 500,543,865 shares. There will be no capitalisation from capital reserves or bonus shares.

The equity distribution record date is September 24, 2025, with the ex-dividend date set for September 25, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be disbursed on September 25, 2025, directly into their capital accounts via their custodian securities companies or other custodian institutions.

Following this distribution, the exercise price for the company's 2022 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan will be adjusted. The new exercise price will be CNY 3.66 per share, calculated after deducting the dividend from the original grant price.
