Aerospace CH UAV completes share cancellation, reduces capital

Aerospace CH UAV Co., Ltd. announced the completion of the cancellation of 6,013,081 repurchased shares. The company completed its share repurchase program on July 28, 2022, accumulating 6,013,081 shares, representing 0.61% of its total share capital before the cancellation.

The decision to change the purpose of these repurchased shares from employee incentive schemes or sale to cancellation was approved at an extraordinary general meeting on July 22, 2025. The shares were officially canceled on September 18, 2025.

Following the cancellation, Aerospace CH UAV's total share capital has decreased from 990,929,102 shares to 984,916,021 shares. This move is expected to enhance shareholder returns and increase investor confidence by improving earnings per share. The company affirmed that this action aligns with regulatory requirements and will not negatively impact its financial position, operations, or control structure.
