Titan Wind Energy's controlling shareholder adjusts share pledges

Shanghai Tian Shen Investment Management Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Titan Wind Energy, recently unpledged 11.5 million shares, representing 2.17% of its total holdings and 0.64% of the company's total share capital. This transaction, with Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. as the pledgee, is scheduled to conclude on September 16, 2025.

Concurrently, Shanghai Tian Shen pledged an additional 17.63 million shares. This includes 10.66 million shares (2.01% of holdings, 0.59% of total share capital) pledged to Guolian Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd., maturing on September 11, 2026, and 6.97 million shares (1.31% of holdings, 0.39% of total share capital) pledged to China Gold Wealth Securities Co., Ltd., maturing on August 21, 2026, for debt repayment and a one-year extension respectively.

Following these activities, Shanghai Tian Shen's post-pledge total now stands at 238.73 million shares, accounting for 45.01% of its holdings and 13.29% of the company's total share capital. The company asserts that these transactions do not pose a liquidation or forced transfer risk, remain within controllable limits, and will not alter the company's actual control or operational impact.
