MCC Meili cloud shareholder faces bankruptcy liquidation

MCC Meili Cloud Computing Industry Investment Co., Ltd. announced that its shareholder, China Metallurgical Paper Industry Group Co., Ltd. ("MCC Paper"), received notice on September 17, 2025, that the Zhongwei Intermediate People's Court accepted an application for bankruptcy liquidation against it. This follows an earlier application for bankruptcy reorganization, which the court rejected on September 15, 2025. The case has been formally filed as [(2025) Ning 05 Po Shen 4 Hao] by the Zhongwei Intermediate People's Court.

Previously, on June 11, 2025, MCC Paper had received a notification regarding an application for bankruptcy reorganization. The court's civil ruling, documented as [(2025) Ning 05 Po Shen 1 Hao], ultimately denied this initial reorganization request.

MCC Meili Cloud stated that its current production and operational activities remain normal, and this matter is not expected to adversely impact the company's daily operations. The company will continue to monitor developments and fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
