Roshow subsidiary partners for AI robotics development, global sales

Roshow Technology's controlled subsidiary, Ningbo Junwu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Ningbo Junwu), has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Kepler Robotics Co., Ltd. and a domestic leading cross-border e-commerce company. The collaboration aims to develop, manufacture, and sell family AI service robots.

Ningbo Junwu will leverage its product development, Shanghai Kepler Robotics its AI embodied intelligence technology, and the cross-border e-commerce company its overseas channels in North America and Europe. The parties aim to achieve cumulative sales of over 1 million units in these markets between 2026 and 2028.

The agreement focuses on three key areas: AI embodied intelligence technology research and development, market expansion in the US and European markets, and joint brand building. Ningbo Junwu intends to procure AI embodied models and hardware modules from Shanghai Kepler Robotics to enable autonomous movement and visual-language interaction capabilities in robots. The parties will also jointly work on supply chain optimization and brand promotion for international markets. Future plans include exploring joint development of upgraded AI robot versions and establishing independent brands through a joint venture.

This strategic cooperation is a preliminary intent and actual implementation remains subject to further negotiation and formal agreements. Roshow Technology currently holds a 42.44% stake in Ningbo Junwu, making it a controlled subsidiary. The company will adhere to all necessary approval and disclosure procedures as the initiative progresses.
