The National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co. Ltd. has reduced its stake in Naura Technology Group, decreasing its holdings from 5.420722% to 4.999932%. This change occurred through a concentrated bidding transaction and passive dilution.

Between July 28, 2025, and September 15, 2025, the fund offloaded 2,591,853 shares via concentrated bidding, a 0.357947% reduction. Concurrently, an increase of 8,394,467 shares in Naura Technology's total share capital from November 22, 2023, to September 15, 2025, passively diluted the fund's stake by an additional 0.062843%.

Post-transaction, the fund holds 36,203,942 shares, no longer being a shareholder with 5% or more equity. The company assures that this change will not affect its control or ongoing operations.
