Hisense Home Appliances invests 1.97 bn yuan in wealth products

Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, including Air Conditioning Marketing Company, Electrical Appliance Company, Qingdao Yiyang Company, Refrigerator Marketing Company, and Sandian (China) Company, have entered into wealth management agreements with SPD Bank between January 17, 2025, and September 16, 2025. The aggregate subscription amount for these wealth management products is 1.97 billion yuan. These transactions are considered disclosable under relevant listing rules, as the aggregated value exceeds 5% but is below 25% of applicable percentage ratios.

The investments were approved by the company's twelfth board meeting on March 28, 2025, and the 2024 Annual General Meeting on June 25, 2025. These approvals allow the company to use idle funds, up to 23 billion yuan, for wealth management with commercial banks, trust companies, securities firms, fund companies, insurance companies, and asset management companies, focusing on short-term, low-to-medium risk investments. The board believes these investments will enhance the efficiency of idle capital utilization without adversely affecting the group's operations or minority shareholders' interests.

The subscribed products are primarily fixed-income, low-risk offerings from SPD Bank, with investment durations based on the subscriber's redemption time. The investments are allocated across various entities, including 20 million yuan by Sandian (China), 365 million yuan by the Company, 250 million yuan by Air Conditioning Marketing Company, 1 million yuan by Qingdao Yiyang Company, 6 million yuan by Electrical Appliance Company, 340 million yuan by Refrigerator Marketing Company, 300 million yuan by Air Conditioning Marketing Company, 200 million yuan by the Company, 2.5 million yuan by Qingdao Yiyang Company, 500,000 yuan by Qingdao Yiyang Company, 40 million yuan by Sandian (China), 45 million yuan by Sandian (China), and 400 million yuan by Air Conditioning Marketing Company.
