Datou Energy board approves 2024 management performance review

Inner Mongolia Datou Energy Co., Ltd. (Datou Energy) held its eighth extraordinary board meeting of 2025 on September 15, 2025. The meeting, convened via telecommunication after notices were sent on September 11, saw all 11 attending directors unanimously approve the "Proposal on the Assessment and Evaluation of Managerial Level Members for 2024 and Recommendations for Annual Performance Remuneration Distribution."

The board meeting was presided over by chairman and party secretary Wang Weiguang. All 11 directors, including Wang Weiguang, Tian Jun, Li Gang, Yu Haitao, Hu Chunya, Ying Yuxiang, Li Hongfei, and independent directors Han Fang, Chen Tianxiang, Tao Yang, and Li Ming, were present and voted. This decision follows a review and approval by the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee.

The meeting's proceedings were confirmed to be in full compliance with relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and the company’s articles of association. This announcement ensures transparency regarding the company’s governance and executive compensation structures.
