C&S Paper announces cash dividend for 2025 semi-annual distribution

C&S Paper Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan, approved by the 2024 Annual General Meeting and the Twelfth Meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors. The plan entails a cash dividend of 0.63 yuan (pre-tax) per 10 shares for all shareholders, based on the total share capital minus repurchased shares as of the equity registration date. No bonus shares will be distributed, and there will be no capital reserve conversion into share capital.

The equity registration date for this distribution is September 23, 2025, with the ex-dividend date set for September 24, 2025. The total cash dividend to be distributed amounts to 81,040,844.61 yuan, based on 1,286,362,613 shares eligible for distribution after excluding 15,200 repurchased shares. The ex-dividend reference price will be calculated by subtracting 0.0629992 yuan per share from the closing price on the trading day before the ex-dividend date.

Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be transferred directly to their capital accounts via their custodian securities firms on September 24, 2025. Dividends for equity incentive restricted shares and shares held by Guangdong C&S Paper Group Co., Ltd. will be distributed directly by C&S Paper. Investors holding shares via the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect and certain foreign institutional investors will receive 0.567 yuan per 10 shares after tax.
