Zhejiang Semir Garment deputy general manager retires, moves to advisory role

Zhejiang Semir Garment Co., Ltd. announced that its board recently received a written application from Mr. Huang Jianzhong, the company's deputy general manager, to resign due to reaching the statutory retirement age. His resignation from the deputy general manager position became effective on the date the application was submitted to the board. Following his departure, Mr. Huang will be re-hired by the company to serve as a consultant.

As of the announcement date, Mr. Huang Jianzhong holds 10,000 shares in the company.
