Tianshan Materials secures registration for 15 bn yuan super short-term commercial paper

Tianshan Materials announced it has received a registration notice from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, approving the registration of its super short-term commercial paper. The company previously passed a resolution on March 25, 2025, to apply for the registration of super short-term commercial paper with a total value not exceeding 15 billion yuan, which was subsequently approved at its 2024 annual general meeting.

The approved registration amount is 15 billion yuan, and the registration will be valid for two years from the date of the notice. The joint lead underwriters for this issuance include CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., Agricultural Bank of China Limited, Bank of China Limited, China Construction Bank Corporation, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd., China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd., Ping An Bank Co., Ltd., and Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd.

Tianshan Materials will issue the super short-term commercial paper in tranches within the registration's validity period, based on its funding requirements and market conditions.
