Richinfo Technology announces semi-annual cash dividend distribution

Richinfo Technology Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, approved by shareholders on September 11, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 0.35 yuan (before tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders.

This distribution will be based on a total share capital of 450,220,560 shares, excluding 990,340 shares held in the company's buyback-specific securities account. This results in a total cash dividend of 15,757,719.60 yuan (before tax). No bonus shares will be issued, and there will be no capital reserve capitalization.

The equity distribution record date is September 19, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for September 22, 2025. The cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be distributed through their custodian securities firms or other custodian institutions on September 22, 2025. For the purpose of calculating the ex-right and ex-dividend price, the cash dividend per 10 shares will be 0.349231 yuan.

Certain shareholders, including Shenzhen Bailong Technology Co., Ltd. and Yang Liangzhi, will have their cash dividends directly distributed by Richinfo Technology. Additionally, the company will adjust the grant prices of restricted stock under its 2023 and 2024 Restricted Stock Incentive Plans following this equity distribution.
