Microgate acquires Pingshan industrial property for high-tech park

Shenzhen Microgate Technology Co., Ltd. successfully acquired an industrial property, specifically the 3# building in the Pingshan District's Industrial Zone, for RMB 90,098,789.60. The acquisition was made through a public auction on the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court's online platform.

The property features a land area of 20,012.92 square meters and a building area of 24,311.60 square meters, both designated for industrial use. This strategic move aims to meet the company's future business development needs for production and operational space, optimizing its business layout and enhancing economies of scale.

The company anticipates this acquisition will strengthen its foundation for building a high-tech intelligent industrial park that integrates basic research, achievement transformation, and high-end manufacturing.
