Jiangsu Leili Motor announces 2025 semi-annual cash dividend

Jiangsu Leili Motor Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan, approved by the fourth board of directors at its tenth meeting on August 28, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders. This is based on a total share capital of 447,136,548 shares as of July 31, 2025, amounting to a total cash dividend of 67,070,482.20 yuan (including tax). No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserves will be converted to share capital.

The equity distribution record date is September 22, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for September 23, 2025. For A-share investors, cash dividends will be directly credited to their capital accounts via their custodian securities companies on September 23, 2025. Certain major shareholders, including Changzhou Heli Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Changzhou Leili Investment Group Co., Ltd., will have their cash dividends distributed directly by the company.

For investors holding shares through Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, Hong Kong market investors, and overseas institutions, the dividend will be 1.35 yuan per 10 shares after tax. Individual investors holding restricted shares from initial public offerings, restricted shares from equity incentives, and unrestricted shares will be subject to differential tax rates based on their holding period, with no immediate withholding by the company.
