Guosen Securities extends bond book-building due to market volatility

Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. has extended the book-building period for its 2025 publicly offered corporate bonds (sixth tranche) aimed at professional investors. The issuance, with a total face value not exceeding 200 million yuan, received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

Originally, the book-building process was scheduled to conclude at 18:00 on September 15, 2025. However, due to significant market fluctuations on the day of book-building, the period has been extended.

Following consultation and agreement among all participants, the new closing time for the sixth tranche of bonds is now 19:00 on September 15, 2025.
