Changchun High & New Technology Industry Group (SZSE:000661) appointed Mr. Xie Bing as its new deputy general manager, following the eleventh board of directors' twelfth meeting on September 15, 2025. This decision was made based on a nomination by the company's general manager and approval from the board's nomination committee. Mr. Xie Bing, born in June 1973, holds a university degree in economics and is a senior engineer and Communist Party member. His tenure begins immediately and extends until the expiration of the eleventh board of directors.

In a related development, the company's second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025, held on September 15, 2025, approved several key proposals. These include the issuance of H-shares and their listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, revisions to the company's articles of association, and new rules for the shareholders' meeting, board of directors, and independent director system. Additionally, shareholders approved a new remuneration management system for directors, supervisors, and senior management, and the appointment of auditors for the H-share issuance.
