Guangdong Golden Dragon proposes new auditor after 14 years

Guangdong Golden Dragon Development Co., Ltd. announced its proposal to appoint Zhongshenghuan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its auditor and internal control auditor for the 2025 financial year, with a one-year term. This follows the company's decision to end its relationship with Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), which had served as its auditor for 14 consecutive years.

The change is driven by Zhongshenghuan's demonstrated professional competence, investor protection capabilities, integrity, and independence, which align with the company's audit requirements. Established in 1987, Zhongshenghuan is one of the first large accounting firms in China approved to conduct securities, futures, and financial business audits. In 2024, it audited 244 listed companies, with total audited revenue of yuan 217,185.57 million and securities business revenue of yuan 58,365.07 million.

The audit committee and board of directors have approved the proposed change. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting.
