Yoke Technology shareholders approve mid-year dividend, new director

Jiangsu Yoke Technology announced the resolutions from its first extraordinary general meeting of 2025, held on September 12, 2025. Shareholders approved the "2025 Mid-Year Dividend Plan" with 223,342,763 votes in favor, representing 99.1332% of the total valid votes. The proposal also saw 91,800 votes against and 1,860,962 abstentions.

Additionally, the meeting approved the "Proposal on Changing Directors," electing Lei Yaling as a director for the sixth board of directors, effective immediately until the current board's term expires. This resolution passed with 223,188,463 votes in favor (99.0648%), 137,100 votes against, and 1,969,962 abstentions. The meeting was held through a combination of on-site and online voting, with 471 shareholders attending, representing 47.3382% of total voting shares.
