Xinbao Electrical Appliances schedules first extraordinary general meeting for September

Guangdong Xinbao Electrical Appliances Holdings Co. is scheduled to hold its First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 2025 on September 18, 2025. The meeting will combine on-site attendance with online voting via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting system.
