Tianshan Aluminum's actual controller unpledges significant shares

Tianshan Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. announced that its actual controller, Zeng Chaoyi, has unpledged 7,500,000 shares, representing 19.05% of his total holdings and 1.61% of the company's total share capital. The shares were originally pledged on September 14, 2023, and released on September 12, 2025. China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. was the pledgee.

Following this transaction, the cumulative pledged shares for the actual controller and their related parties stand at 73,230,290 shares, constituting 37.48% of their total holdings and 15.74% of the company's total share capital. There are currently no pledged shares that are restricted, frozen, or marked.

The company emphasized that its current operations are normal, and Zeng Chaoyi continues to hold a positive outlook on the company's long-term stable development. Tianshan Aluminum states that the pledged shares do not pose a risk of forced liquidation or transfer, nor do they affect company operations or governance, and will not lead to a change in actual control.
