Shenzhen Kaifa Technology appoints Xiu Lexin as new vice president

Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Company Limited (SZSE:000021) announced that its Tenth Board of Directors unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Xiu Lexin as vice president of the company. Mr. Xiu's term will coincide with that of the Tenth Board of Directors.

Mr. Xiu Lexin, 50, a Chinese national, holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University. He previously served as assistant to the president of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology since February 2021 and has held various directorships within the company's subsidiaries, including Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Suzhou Electronics Co., Ltd., Chongqing Shenkaifa Technology Co., Ltd., and CEC Pengcheng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.

As of the announcement date, Mr. Xiu Lexin holds no company shares directly but has been granted 450,000 stock options under the 2022 stock option incentive plan, of which 148,500 have been exercised and 301,500 remain unexercised. He has no related-party relationships with shareholders holding 5% or more of the company’s shares, actual controllers, or other directors, supervisors, and senior management. He also has no history of regulatory penalties or criminal investigations.
