Harbin Boshi Automation secures major polyolefin packaging contract

Harbin Boshi Automation Co., Ltd. recently announced the signing of a contract with State Energy Yu Lin Chemical Co., Ltd. for a polyolefin product packaging operation project, with a provisional contract value of CNY 235,113,200. This three-year agreement, effective from October 31, 2025, is estimated to generate an annual contract value of approximately CNY 78,371,100.

The contract marks a continuation of an existing operational service agreement between the two entities, with State Energy Yu Lin Chemical being a long-term client. Harbin Boshi Automation possesses the necessary capital, personnel, technology, and capacity to fulfill the contract’s obligations.

Based on annual projections, the untaxed amount is approximately CNY 70,478,300 per year, representing 2.46% of the company's 2024 operating revenue and 9.17% of its 2024 industrial services operating revenue. The company anticipates a positive impact on its performance from this industrial service contract.
