Guizhou Space Appliance board approves major organizational restructuring

Guizhou Space Appliance Co., Ltd. announced on September 13, 2025, that its eighth board of directors unanimously approved a resolution to adjust the company's organizational structure. The decision, made during the tenth ad hoc meeting held on September 12, 2025, with all nine directors present, aims to deepen corporate reform, optimize resource allocation, and foster a more efficient and flat organizational framework. This move is expected to enhance fine-tuned management and operational efficiency, thereby supporting the company’s high-quality development.

The restructuring will reconfigure the company's functional departments. Key new or revised departments include the market development center, technology center, integrated management department, development planning department, and innovation and industrial department (science and technology committee office). Additional departments encompass the research and production department, quality management department, inspection and testing department (testing and measurement center), process and digitalization department, and the supply chain center.

Further structural changes include the establishment of the craft technology department, financial center, human resources department, safety management department, security management department, production support department, audit and risk management department (legal affairs department), party building work department, discipline inspection work department, connector manufacturing department, component manufacturing department, relay manufacturing department, and parts manufacturing department. This comprehensive adjustment reflects a strategic effort to streamline operations and strengthen various functional areas.
