Envicool Technology announces new board and senior management appointments

Shenzhen Envicool Technology's Fifth Board of Directors, comprising nine members, was elected at the second extraordinary general meeting on September 11, 2025. This includes six non-independent directors and three independent directors, with Qi Yong appointed as chairman. The board subsequently established four specialized committees: Strategy and Development, Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration and Assessment.

The company also appointed its new senior management team. Qi Yong was named general manager, while Ou Xianhua, You Guobo, Chen Chuan, and Wang Tiewang were appointed deputy general managers. Ye Guiliang was appointed chief financial officer, and Ou Xianhua also took on the role of board secretary. Lin Yonghui was appointed as the head of internal audit. All appointments are for a three-year term, aligning with the Fifth Board's tenure.

Departing from their roles due to the end of their terms are Quiruizheng and Wenfang, former independent directors, and Liu Jun, Dai Xiangyang, and Lin Yonghui, former supervisors. Lin Yonghui will continue to serve as the head of internal audit. Liu Jun holds 20,900,125 shares in the company and 1.1887% of shares in Shenzhen Envicool Investment Co., Ltd.
