East Money subsidiary completes short-term financing and bond repayments

Oriental Wealth Securities Co., a subsidiary of East Money Information Co., completed the full principal and interest payment for its "25 East Money Securities CP002" short-term financing bills on September 12, 2025. These bills, issued on March 14, 2025, had an issue amount of 3 bn yuan, a coupon rate of 2.02%, and a term of 179 days. The completion of this payment was announced on September 13, 2025.

Concurrently, Oriental Wealth Securities also completed the principal and interest payment for its "23 East Money 04" corporate bonds, issued to professional investors, and subsequently delisted them on September 12, 2025. These bonds, issued in September 2023, had an issue size of 2 bn yuan, a face value of 100 yuan per share, a two-year term, and a coupon rate of 3.10%.
