On September 11, 2025, the Listing Review Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange held its 17th review meeting of the year. During this meeting, the application from Digiwin Software Co., Ltd. for the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified investors underwent review. The committee concluded that the application met the issuance and listing conditions, as well as information disclosure requirements.
