Western Securities completes acquisition of Guorong Securities shares

As of September 11, 2025, Western Securities Co., Ltd. officially completed the transfer and registration of 1,151,433,439 shares of Guorong Securities Co., Ltd. These shares were acquired from a consortium of entities including Beijing Chang’an Investment Group Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Purunxingrong Equity Investment Partnership, and Beijing Youyou Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction has been publicized through the national enterprise credit information disclosure system.

Following this share transfer, Western Securities now holds a total of 1,151,433,439 shares in Guorong Securities, representing a controlling stake of 64.5961% of Guorong Securities' total share capital. The company's board of directors affirmed the accuracy and completeness of all disclosed information related to this acquisition.
