Tongtech received a "Notice of Case Filing and Risk Warning" on April 14, 2025, and is actively cooperating with the CSRC's ongoing investigation. Despite the ongoing investigation, Tongtech reported that its various business operations remain unaffected by external circumstances and are proceeding normally.
