Tech Semiconductors establishes new wholly-owned subsidiary in Wuhan

Hubei Tech Semiconductors Co., Ltd. today announced the successful completion of the industrial and commercial registration for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tech Semiconductors Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. This move follows a board resolution on September 9, 2025, which approved the subsidiary's establishment with a registered capital of 100,000,000 yuan using the company's own or self-raised funds. The subsidiary has obtained its business license from the Wuhan Market Supervision Administration.

The new subsidiary, Tech Semiconductors Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd., is a limited liability company with Xing Yan as its legal representative. Its registered address is Room 743, 18th Floor, Building B4, Phase I, Longshan Innovation Park, Wuhan Future Science and Technology City, 999 Gaoxin Avenue, East Lake New Technology Development Zone, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. It was established on September 9, 2025.

The business scope of the new subsidiary includes technology services, development, consulting, exchange, transfer, and promotion; engineering and technology research and experimental development; integrated circuit design; manufacturing and sales of power electronic components; manufacturing and sales of semiconductor discrete devices; manufacturing and sales of integrated circuit chips and products; and manufacturing and sales of optoelectronic components.
