Suzhou TFC announces RMB 5.00 per share semi-annual dividend

Suzhou TFC Optical Communication will implement its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution on September 19, 2025, with the record date set for September 18, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 5.00 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares to all shareholders, based on its current total share capital of 777,415,891 shares. This results in a total cash dividend payout of RMB 388,707,945.50.

The dividend payout was approved by the company’s Fifth Board of Directors and Fifth Supervisory Board on August 22, 2025. This distribution falls within the authorization granted by the 2024 Annual General Meeting regarding the 2025 interim dividend arrangements.

Differential tax rates apply to various shareholder categories. For example, Hong Kong market investors via Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect and overseas institutions holding shares will receive RMB 4.50 per 10 shares. Individual shareholders with initial public offering restricted shares and investment funds will also be subject to specific tax treatments based on holding periods.
