Xinjiang Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. announced that Xinjiang Financial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., a major shareholder, saw its shareholding proportion passively diluted by 0.10%. This dilution, from 9.09% to 8.99%, occurred between September 2 and September 9, 2025, and was triggered by the conversion of the company's convertible bonds. This event aligns with the 1% integer multiple standard for passive dilution of shareholding as stipulated in relevant regulations.

During this period, the company's total share capital increased by 7,916,760 shares, rising from 710,357,062 shares to 718,273,822 shares. Despite the increase in total share capital, Xinjiang Financial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. maintained its shareholding at 64,558,100 shares.
