Qifeng New Material announces cash dividend distribution for first half 2025

Qifeng New Material Co., Ltd. announced its 2025 half-year equity distribution, approved at an extraordinary general meeting on September 8, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 1.00 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders, based on a total share capital of 560,061,050 shares. The total cash dividend amounts to 56,006,105.00 yuan. No bonus shares will be issued, and there will be no capital reserve conversion to share capital.

The equity distribution will have a record date of September 16, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date on September 17, 2025. Dividends will be paid to A-share holders via their custodian securities companies on September 17, 2025.

Taxation rules vary for different shareholder types. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII), Renminbi Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (RQFII), and individuals holding shares from initial public offerings (IPO) before the lock-up period will receive 0.90 yuan per 10 shares after tax. Other shareholders will be subject to differential tax rates, with specific withholding based on holding period as per advanced-in-first-out principles, with the company temporarily not deducting individual income tax.
