M-Grass subsidiary wins major ecological restoration project worth CNY 225m

Beijing Happy Little Grass Sports Grass Technology Co., a subsidiary of Inner Mongolia M-Grass Ecology And Environment Group, as part of a consortium, secured the first phase of the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Bayannur City Urat Front Banner Three-North Project Forest and Grassland Wetland Desert Integrated Protection and Restoration Project (2025)." The consortium was awarded the contract by the Urat Front Banner Forestry and Grassland Bureau, with a proposed winning bid of CNY 225,200,078.

As the lead entity in the consortium, Beijing Happy Little Grass Sports Grass Technology Co. will be responsible for contract finalization and project implementation. The project, located in Urat Front Banner, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has a planned construction period of 300 calendar days, followed by a three-year maintenance period. Funding for the project will come from central government finances and autonomous region matching funds.

The company anticipates that the successful execution of this project will positively impact its operational performance, contributing to its financial growth. The consortium also includes Inner Mongolia Zhuma Investment Co. Ltd. and Tongliao City Urban Construction Development Co. Ltd. The company will issue a further announcement upon receipt of the official notice of award or the signing of the contract.
