Henan Kehtou reduces stake in Yicheng New Energy below 5%

Henan Provincial Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd. ("Henan Kehtou"), a major shareholder in Henan Yicheng New Energy Co., Ltd., has completed its previously announced share reduction plan. Between June 17, 2025, and July 11, 2025, Henan Kehtou collectively sold 25,698,983 shares through centralized bidding and block trades. The shares were acquired in 2019 and 2020 as part of an asset acquisition and subsequent transfer.

The sales comprised 18,719,816 shares via centralized bidding at an average price of yuan 4.19 per share, and 6,979,167 shares via block trades at an average price of yuan 3.87 per share. This divestment represents 1.3718% of Henan Yicheng New Energy's total share capital.

Following the completion of the reduction, Henan Kehtou now holds 93,668,921 shares, accounting for 4.999995% of the company's total share capital, thereby ceasing to be a shareholder with more than 5% ownership. This reduction does not affect the company's control or ongoing operations.
