Easyhome subsidiaries provide guarantees for inter-company loans

Easyhome New Retail Group announced that its subsidiary, Beijing Easyhome Home Furnishings Chain Co., Ltd., has secured a RMB29.738 billion loan from China Everbright Bank. To support this, Huanggang Easyhome Shopping Center Co., Ltd., a grandchild company, provided a mortgage pledge over 60 properties in Huanggang, Hubei. This mortgage covers the entire principal, interest, and related fees of the loan.

Separately, Shenyang Lingao Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Easyhome Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. provided guarantees for a RMB90 billion loan from Ping An Bank to Home Furnishings Chain, with Shenyang Shopping Center also acting as a guarantor. These guarantees fall within the scope of the RMB124 billion total guarantee limit approved for 2025.

Home Furnishings Chain also provided a joint and several liability guarantee for a RMB14 billion loan from China Everbright Bank to Beijing Easyhome Smart Technology Co., Ltd. Additionally, Huanggang Easyhome Shopping Center provided a mortgage pledge on its properties for the same loan. These inter-company guarantees highlight Easyhome’s strategy of leveraging its subsidiaries to support the financing needs of its various business units.

As of the latest disclosures, Easyhome’s total guarantee balance among its company and controlled subsidiaries reached RMB471.73675 billion, representing 23.34% of the company's latest audited net assets. Guarantees for entities outside the consolidated financial statements stood at RMB59.79 million, or 0.003% of the latest audited net assets.
