Dun'an Environment plans RMB 5 bn smart manufacturing headquarters

Zhejiang Dun'an Artificial Environment (002011) announced plans to invest approximately RMB 5 billion in the "Dun'an Environment Smart Manufacturing Headquarters Base" in Zhuji, Zhejiang province. This multi-phase project will include facilities for refrigeration core components and new energy vehicle thermal management R&D, manufacturing, and sales. It will use both self-owned and self-raised funds, aiming to deepen the company's intelligent transformation and enhance its market position.

The proposal and a cooperation agreement with the Zhuji Economic Development Zone Management Committee and Zhuji New City Investment and Development Group were approved by the company's Ninth Board of Directors on September 10, 2025. This resolution will be submitted for final approval at the company's third extraordinary general meeting for 2025, scheduled for September 26, 2025.

The company highlighted that investment figures are estimates, acknowledging potential risks. These include uncertainties regarding fund availability, the need for regulatory approvals, and possible changes in government policies or market conditions.
