Baolihua New Energy announces 2025 semi-annual cash dividend

Guangdong Baolihua New Energy Company Limited will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.50 per 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling CNY 108,794,393.10. This semi-annual equity distribution, based on the company's total share capital of 2,175,887,862 shares as of the end of the first half of 2025, was approved at an extraordinary general meeting on September 5, 2025. No bonus shares will be issued, nor will there be any capital reserve conversions.

The equity registration date for this distribution is September 16, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for September 17, 2025. Shareholders holding A-shares will have their cash dividends directly transferred to their capital accounts via their custodian securities companies on September 17, 2025.

Different tax rates apply based on investor type and holding period. Hong Kong market investors, overseas institutions (including QFII and RQFII), and individual and investment fund holders of pre-IPO restricted shares will receive CNY 0.45 per 10 shares after tax. For other individual shareholders, dividend tax will be collected based on the holding period upon stock transfer.
