Aerospace CH UAV appoints new general manager, board secretary

Aerospace CH UAV convened its seventh-term board of directors' first meeting on September 9, 2025, where Wen Xi was appointed as the new general manager. Wen Xi, born in June 1979, holds a master's degree in engineering and previously served as deputy general manager and general manager of Aerospace Shenzhou Flying Vehicle Co., Ltd. He currently holds 33,000 company shares.

Concurrently, Du Zhixi was appointed as the new board secretary, effective from the board's approval until the expiration of the seventh-term board. Du Zhixi, born in August 1969, holds a master's degree in finance and is a certified public accountant. He holds 74,900 company shares. The board also approved the appointment of Lan Wenbo, Song Fangchao, and Huang Wei as deputy general managers; Sun Shouyun as chief financial officer; and Fang Shuai as chief legal counsel.

Additionally, Zhang Jingying, born in August 1979, with an engineering master's degree, was elected as the worker representative director for the seventh term by the employee representative assembly on September 5, 2025. Hu Meixiao was elected as the chairman of the company, and Zhao Qi was appointed as the securities affairs representative.
