Youzu Interactive's convertible bond ratings terminated after full redemption

China Chengxin International Credit Rating Co., Ltd. (CCXI) has announced the termination of its credit ratings for Youzu Interactive Co., Ltd. and its "Youzu Zhuanzhai" convertible bonds, effective from the announcement date. This decision follows Youzu Interactive's exercise of its early redemption right for the bonds.

On September 5, 2025, Youzu Interactive published a redemption announcement. As of the redemption registration date, August 27, 2025, the outstanding balance of "Youzu Zhuanzhai" was RMB 529,200.00 (5,292 bonds), representing 0.05% of the total issuance. The company paid redemption funds totaling RMB 539,029.89, with funds distributed on September 4, 2025.

With the "Youzu Zhuanzhai" bonds fully redeemed and delisted, Youzu Interactive no longer has any outstanding bonds rated by CCXI. Consequently, CCXI's credit rating committee approved the termination of all related credit ratings in accordance with regulatory requirements and its own rating termination policies.
