SF Holding announces mid-2025 A-share cash dividend

SF Holding will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 4.60 per 10 shares (including tax) to its A-share shareholders for mid-2025. This distribution was approved by the sixth board of directors at its twenty-third meeting on August 28, 2025, following a mandate from the 2024 annual general meeting held on June 13, 2025. The total cash dividend amount will be CNY 2,207,188,863.14.

The equity registration date for the A-share dividend is September 15, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for September 16, 2025. Shareholders on record with the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch by the registration date will be eligible. The dividend will be directly deposited into their capital accounts via their custodian securities firms.

Due to treasury shares not participating in the dividend, the actual cash dividend per share, considering the total share capital of 4,799,421,659 shares, is calculated at CNY 0.4598864 per share.
