Nations Technologies to rebrand as NSING Technologies

Nations Technologies Inc. announced that its board of directors approved a resolution to change the company's English name from "Nations Technologies Inc." to "NSING TECHNOLOGIES INC." This change will also involve corresponding amendments to the company's Articles of Association and the Articles of Association (Draft) applicable upon its H-share listing. The decision was made at the ninth meeting of the sixth board of directors, held on September 9, 2025.

The resolution was passed with unanimous consent from the seven directors present at the meeting. The proposed changes are subject to final approval by the company's shareholders and will ultimately be registered with the market supervision and administration department.

The board also authorized the company's board of directors and/or its authorized representatives to handle all necessary matters related to the implementation of these revisions.
