Kingkey Smart Agriculture declares 2025 semi-annual cash dividend

Shenzhen Kingkey Smart Agriculture Times Co., Ltd. has announced the implementation of its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, following approval at the extraordinary general meeting on September 8, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 3.80 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) to all eligible shareholders. The total cash dividend payout will amount to 197,206,871.00 yuan (including tax), based on 518,965,450 shares after deducting repurchased shares. No bonus shares will be issued, and there will be no capital reserve conversion to share capital.

The equity distribution record date is September 16, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for September 17, 2025. The cash dividends will be directly transferred to shareholders' capital accounts via their custodian securities companies.

For the purpose of calculating the ex-dividend and ex-interest price, factoring in repurchased shares not participating in the distribution, the cash dividend per 10 shares (including tax) is approximately 3.718903 yuan. This leads to an ex-dividend and ex-interest reference price calculated by subtracting 0.3718903 yuan per share from the closing price on the equity distribution record date.
