Shanghai Huafon Microfibre Technology Co., Ltd. (Huafon Microfibre) announced the resignation of Liu Cong from his position as deputy general manager. Liu submitted a written resignation due to personal reasons, which became effective upon its delivery to the company's board of directors.

Following his resignation, Liu will no longer hold any positions within the company, and all his responsibilities have been successfully handed over, with no anticipated impact on the company's operations.

Liu's term as deputy general manager was originally scheduled to run from June 13, 2025, until the expiration of the sixth board of directors' term on June 12, 2028. As of the announcement date, Liu does not hold any company shares and has no unfulfilled commitments.

Upon his departure, Liu will continue to comply with relevant regulations, including those concerning shareholding changes and reductions by shareholders, directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel. The company's board expressed sincere gratitude for Liu's diligent service and contributions during his tenure.
